Premier DNS ("we", "us", "our") provides a Virtual Private Network (VPN) service at premierdns.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why, and the very limited scope of data we retain.
1. Our no-logs commitment
We do not log, monitor, or store: the websites or services you visit while connected, your browsing history, DNS queries, IP addresses assigned during your session, connection timestamps, or bandwidth used per session. Our VPN servers run from volatile (RAM-only) storage, which is wiped on every reboot.
2. Information we do collect
- Account information — the e-mail address you provide at checkout, used to deliver your account credentials and receipts.
- Support communications — messages you send us through the contact form or by e-mail, so we can respond to your request.
- Aggregate, anonymised network health metrics — such as total server load, used solely to maintain performance and never tied to an individual user or session.
3. How we use information
We use the limited information above only to: provision and maintain your account, process payments and renewals, respond to support requests, send essential service notices (e.g. planned maintenance), and, only if you opt in, occasional product updates.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share the minimum data necessary with: our e-mail provider to deliver account and receipt e-mails, and law enforcement only when compelled by valid, binding legal process in our operating jurisdiction — and even then, we have no browsing or connection logs to provide.
5. Data retention
Account and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterward as required for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes. Support messages are retained for quality and training purposes for a limited period. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
6. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@premierdns.com to exercise these rights.
7. Cookies
Our marketing website uses only essential functionality (such as remembering your selected plan at checkout) and, optionally, privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Changes to this policy
We will post any changes to this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by e-mail where required by law.
Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Premier DNS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy above. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The service
Premier DNS provides encrypted VPN access via applications and manual configuration files for supported platforms. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any applicable law; distribute malware; engage in spamming, phishing, or fraud; infringe intellectual property rights; or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the Service or its network.
4. Accounts & billing
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Plans renew automatically at the interval selected at checkout (monthly or annually) until cancelled by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically issue a refund for the current period except as described in our Refund Policy below.
5. Pricing changes
We may change plan pricing for future billing periods. Existing subscribers will be notified by e-mail in advance of any price change taking effect on their account.
6. Service limitations
Because the Service depends on your local network, device configuration and third-party internet infrastructure, we cannot guarantee specific speeds, uptime for any individual server, or that any particular third-party website or streaming platform will remain accessible.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may terminate your account at any time.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Premier DNS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Refund Policy
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Premier DNS for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your original purchase date and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
- E-mail support@premierdns.com or use the contact form with subject "Refund Request".
- Include the e-mail address used at checkout and your order reference number so we can locate your order.
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Renewals
The 30-day guarantee applies to your first payment on a plan. If you'd like to avoid an automatic renewal charge, contact support at least 24 hours before your renewal date — renewal charges are non-refundable except where required by law, but you will keep access for the remainder of the paid period.
Chargebacks
We'd always rather resolve a billing concern directly — please reach out before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank so we can help quickly.
